Friel Stafford‘s Anthony Glennon was featured in The Currency recently, in coverage of an €8 million settlement agreement reached between a technology entrepreneur and a group of five creditors.
Anthony was appointed receiver over interests and a related investment company following the collapse of a ticket-resale business, and oversaw the distribution of proceeds from a series of share sales, ultimately resulting in €7.4 million being distributed to the creditor group.
The case highlights the complexity that can underpin receivership work, from managing multiple creditor claims to navigating extended High Court proceedings.
